Why was my order canceled?

We hate to do it, but sometimes we have to cancel orders. This is usually due to unforeseen circumstances, like oversold products, products listed or priced incorrectly, or orders that can't be processed for other reasons.


If your order is canceled, we'll always give you a full refund. And if you're curious about why your order was canceled, just give us a shout and we'll be happy to explain.


How do I cancel my order?

We know that sometimes things change, so we make it easy to cancel your order. Just let us know as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.


Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If your order has already shipped, we will gladly walk you through the return process. You can also refuse delivery with the shipper. You will have 5 business days from the date of delivery to do this. If you choose this option, please do not open the package, simply present the shipper with the unopened package and label it as refused.


I placed an order but it was canceled because of fraud, how can I get my order?

We take fraud very seriously at Super Shop and we have a system in place to detect fraud. If a valid order was canceled for fraud reasons, please check out using PayPal. PayPal is a great option for customers who want to shop securely online. It's easy to set up and use, and it offers a number of fraud protection features.
