Where is my gift card?
Here are the steps on how to redeem a Super Shop gift card:
- Find the redemption instructions. The redemption instructions are located in the "Description" section of a product page. They will also be included in the email you receive with your gift card.
- Locate your gift card code. The gift card code will be located in one of two places:
- As the tracking number in your email regarding shipping
- Sent as a separate email with an individual code
- Enter your gift card code. Once you have located your gift card code, enter it into the redemption field on the Super Shop website.
- Click "Redeem". Once you have entered your gift card code, click "Redeem" to apply the gift card to your purchase.
Gift cards are delivered electronically, usually within 1-2 business days with the email address you used during checkout.
What shipping options do you use and how do I track my order?
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that you get your order as quickly and as affordably as possible. We use a variety of carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
To track your package, simply enter your tracking number into the appropriate carrier's tracking website. You can find the links to the tracking websites for each carrier below:
