General Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your Super Shop purchase, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.
To return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and request an RMA number. Once we have received your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, but may take longer depending on your bank or financial institution.
Items returned must be in the same condition they were delivered in. If the item is damaged or has been used, we may not be able to issue a refund.
Return Shipping Cost
Defective items or items shipped in error are returnable when unused, with shipping on us! If you are returning an item for a change of mind, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will always do our best to provide exchanges or replacements when requested, but most of the time this is not possible due to the deep discounts we offer, we always recommend sending the item(s) back for a refund and repurchasing.
