We know that sometimes things change, so we make it easy to cancel your order. Just let us know as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If your order has already shipped, we will gladly walk you through the return process. You can also refuse delivery with the shipper. You will have 5 business days from the date of delivery to do this. If you choose this option, please do not open the package, simply present the shipper with the unopened package and label it as refused.
