My hotel is closed in response to COVID-19

In response to the ongoing attempts to promote public health and safety, hotels and resorts may have closed their doors. 

1. If your booking is refundable and you want to cancel, we recommend that you cancel within the cancellation policy. Please do so while your refund is guaranteed, as it is the easiest and fastest option. For instructions on how to cancel, click here.

2. If your booking is non-refundable or the cancellation date has passed, unfortunately, it cannot be modified due to hotel policy. However, if you have written hotel approval to waive any cancellation fees, please contact our support agents who may be able to assist.
