It seems like you accidentally made a duplicate booking, didn't you? No worries, we're here to help! Let's sort this out together.

Check the Cancellation Policy: Start by reviewing the cancellation policy on your booking confirmation page. If you're lucky and it's refundable, you can cancel it right there.

Tricky Non-refundable Bookings: We understand that non-refundable bookings can be tricky. If that's the case, reach out to us, and we'll work our magic to contact the hotel on your behalf. We'll see if they can authorize a refund. Please note that the hotel has the final say on granting the refund.

Before contacting us for the refund, double-check a few things:

*  The duplicate bookings are for the exact same dates—no mix-ups here!

*  The duplicate bookings have the exact same traveler(s), including their names. We want everything to match up perfectly.

And here's a friendly reminder: make sure to request refunds well before your check-in date. Refunds cannot be issued once you've already checked in. It's always better to be proactive!
