What if I have an emergency?

We understand that things happen and we’re here to help. If you’re able to submit proof of emergency, we will consider your booking for a refund. Please note that everything will be evaluated on a case by case basis and a refund is not guaranteed. For the most part, only the passing of an immediate family member is approved by the hotels. 

Please submit any documentation through your SuperTravel messaging thread. 

To start a chat: Type 'Help' into the original conversation you received the hotel search results and booking confirmation from (Usually SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger or Apple business chat). It is best to refer back to the initial messaging platform you searched or booked through.

Note that SuperTravel reserves the right to charge a $30 fee to process these requests.
