How do I remove a pre-authorization/hold on my account?


General Guidelines:

Pre-authorizations or holds can last up to 14 days, depending on the merchant. If you find that a pre-authorization/hold remains on your account beyond this period, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance. Car Rental Guidelines:

For a smooth car rental experience, an extra 20% of the rental amount is required in your Super Pay account. Please note that the pre-authorization hold for car rentals is 30 days.
