Do you run a credit check when I sign up?
There is no credit check or credit history required to sign up for SuperCash, so almost everyone is approved.
Why do you need my SSN?
We require your Social Security Number to create your SuperCash account so that we can confirm your identity and prevent fraudulent accounts from being created.
The identity verification process is secure and we will not share your SSN with any parties other than our identity verification partner. The identity verification process will not have an impact on your credit score.
What is my security PIN being used for?
Your security PIN is used for logging into your SuperCash profile and at select merchants in store.
