There have been cases where an item was marked as delivered but was actually physically delivered a few business days later.
Because of this we recommend to:
- Look around the delivery location and ask your household and neighbors.
- You can also contact your local courier (who delivered this package) with your tracking number to see if they have the package at their facility.
- If you still haven’t received it after three (3) business days, contact us here and we will be happy to assist.
