Locating our chat on your App is just as straightforward: 


  1. Download the Super.com App, available on iOS, Android, or Google Play.
  2. Create an account if you haven’t already.
  3. To start a chat, you have two options:
    1. Look for the floating chat icon in the bottom right corner of the app and tap on it.


2. Go to the 'Menu' in the upper left corner and select 'Chat with Us'




  • Ask your question: Once you’re in the chat, you can ask your question to our chatbot. The bot might provide you with an immediate answer or direct you to a relevant article in our Help Center.
  • If the chatbot can't assist you, simply type ‘connect to an agent’. You'll be connected to a live agent who is available 24/7/365 to help with your travel requests.


Please know that for Super Pay-related inquiries, live chat agents are available from Monday to Friday between 8 am - 7 pm EST. Outside these hours, feel free to use our chatbot, which is available around the clock, 24
