How do I update my Phone Number, Name, Email, or Mailing Address?

We get that life changes, and sometimes that means updating your personal information.

Here's How to Update Your Address:

To ensure your account's integrity, additional verification steps are necessary when updating your address. We aim to make the process as straightforward as possible.


When You Call, Please Be Ready To:

  1. Indicate whether you're updating a billing or mailing address
  2. Provide the new address details. 
  3. Verify additional information related to your Super Pay profile for security purposes. 

Post-Call Actions

After our conversation, you'll receive a follow-up email from us. This email will contain instructions for further verification steps. For this, you'll need to provide a copy of your ID and a utility bill or service invoice that shows your new address. These documents are important for us to confirm the changes accurately and securely.


Once we have verified and approved your submitted information, the confirmation process for updating your address will typically take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience during this time and are committed to handling your request efficiently.

Note: Due to security protocols, we can't update mailing addresses to PO boxes.

How do I update my DoB / SSN?

Your account security is our top priority. As such, we are not able to change your Date of Birth or Social Security Number as it was used to verify your identity when you created your Super deposit account.
