In order to qualify for the onboarding credit, you must:
- Create a Super Pay account
- Pass the identity verification process
- Link a funding source, and
- Complete 5 Super Card transactions in the first 30 days of linking a funding source
- There is a minimum purchase value of $5
- Note that if you return any of these purchases, you will no longer be eligible for the onboarding credit
- There is a minimum purchase value of $5
When / where will the onboarding credit be available in my account?
The credit will be added to the Cash Rewards section of your account within a day of your qualifying purchases settling.
I should have received my onboarding credit, where is it?
I’m sorry to hear you haven’t received your onboarding credit yet. Please remember that the qualifying purchases must be a minimum of $5 each and must be settled. If you believe you qualify for your credit, I can escalate this to our HQ team to investigate.
