Ready to add some funds to your Super Deposit Account?
Let's get started with a few simple steps:
- Open your Super.com app and head to the home page of the Super Pay tab. Spot the ‘Add Cash’ on your virtual card. Click that. Alternatively, click "View more"
- Now, choose ‘Transfer from Bank Account’.
- Can't find it? No worries! Just click on 'View More' in your menu and tap on 'Link New Funding Source'.
- A new screen will greet you – it's time to pick your bank. If it's playing hide-and-seek, use the search bar.
- With your bank selected, key in your login details to make the connection.
- Voilà! You're all set to transfer funds directly from your bank account.
Just a heads up: It could take about 3-5 business days for the funds to roll into your Super Deposit Account. If they're taking the scenic route (aka, you don’t see them after 5 days), it's a good idea to check in with your bank.
Some visual aid:
Navigate to the home page of your Super deposit account and click ‘Add Cash’ on your virtual card. Alternatively click, "View more"
Navigate to "Link New Funding Source"
Click "Link New Account" and then "Link A Bank Account"
A screen will then pop up and prompt you to select your bank. If you don't see your bank there, you can use the search bar to look it up
Once you've selected your bank, you will have to input your login information to link your bank accounts and your bank will connect to the Super Pay account.
You will then be able to transfer funds directly from your bank account by clicking "Add Cash"
