A confirmation email is sent every time you successfully make a booking. If you need to re-send it, or change the email address, you can do so from your booking confirmation page. To get there, type "my bookings" in your SuperTravel messaging thread.
For speed and ease, we recommend using the communication channel you booked through - whether that be SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger etc.
