If you opted into auto-pay, you don't have to transfer extra funds to pay off your balance — we do it automatically.
Your bill is automatically paid at the end of each cycle from the funds that you have in your Super deposit account. If you disable autopay, you will have to pay the account balance manually.
How do I opt out of auto pay?
In order to opt out of the auto pay feature, you will have to speak to one of our Super.com agents over the phone. Give us a call at 1-877-376-2710. We're here to help Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM ET.
How do I opt in to auto pay?
When you open a Super deposit account, you are automatically enrolled for the auto pay feature, you don't need to opt in. If you have previously opted out, you can opt back in by clicking on the ‘Opt In’ button on your app.
