Getting an invoice for your travel reservations is straightforward and can be done in just a few clicks. Here's a friendly guide to accessing your invoice through the booking confirmation email.
- Access Your Booking Confirmation Email: Start by opening the email we sent you when you confirmed your booking. This email contains all the essential details of your reservation.
- Click "View Reservation Online": Within the email, you'll find a link or button labeled "View Reservation Online". Clicking this will direct you to your booking confirmation page on our website.
- Find Your Invoice: Once on the booking confirmation page, scroll down to the section where your pricing breakdown or fee summary is displayed. Right below this information, there's a link for you to obtain a receipt for your booking.
- Download Your Invoice: Click on the link, and voilà! You can now view, download, or print your invoice for your records.
Super App:
Additionally, you can access your invoice directly through the Super App. Simply navigate to the "Hotel Bookings" section within the menu, find your booking (either upcoming or past), and scroll to the price breakdown. You'll find the same area to access a copy of your receipt.
