- Navigate to the booking page for your chosen accommodation.
- Below the pricing details, you'll see an option to view and apply your credits.
For instance, if you have $39 CAD in credits, just toggle the coupon option at the top. Your $39 CAD will automatically be applied to the total price. It's a straightforward way to save.
But, hold on! If you're having trouble using your credits, here are a few reasons why:
- Make sure your search currency matches the credits in your account.
- Pay-on-arrival reservations are not eligible for credits.
- For some promotional credits, you can use them for up to 10% of the booking value. Still awesome savings!
Occasionally, certain bookings are so unbelievably affordable that credit redemption isn't an option. Can you believe it?
Keep this in mind too: If you dispute any Super Travel charges with your bank, you'll lose the ability to use those fabulous Super Travel credits. So let's avoid that and continue this incredible journey together!
